The SARAF Congress is held in turn in all member countries. After a well-successful organization in 1997 and 2013, the SARAF office unanimously decided that the 40th congress would be held in Kinshasa, the capital of the Democratic Republic of Congo. This prestigious congress, which usually brings together 600 participants from around the world, provides a unique platform for sharing scientific knowledge, strengthening professional capabilities, and establishing international collaborations in the fields of Anesthesia, Resuscitation, and Emergency Medicine.
